Beginning a process takes understanding the goals you wish to achieve.  

Take time to understand the outcome before you begin.  

An avenue to express oneself and the ability to find other who care about 
your expressions is something that cannot be allowed to be chained or fenced off 
from anyone.

Internet access was just such a venue.  

The web was funded and founded to share information and communicate ideas.

Let us steady ourselves to preserve and maintain web freedoms.
