Dear Member of the Press

Thank you for applying to come to the ESF as a member of the press. You 
have now been accredited and will be able to pick up your accreditation 
pack from either of the following venues.

On Thursday 14^th October between 10.00am and 18.00hrs you will be able 
to register at Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, London WC1

On Friday 15^th October you will be able to pick up your press 
accreditation from Alexandra Palace, London the main venue for the 2004 ESF.

Would you please bring this letter with you along with all other 
relevant documents when come to the registration.

The 2004 ESF has proven to be the most popular so far both in terms of 
delegates and the media. Whilst it is the intention of wanting to 
accommodate all the press at the event, we do have only limited facilities.

There will be a dedicated media centre at Alexandra Palace N22. In it 
there will be 25 PC’s full accessible to the internet. There will be an 
additional 40 Internet lines that will enable those bringing laptops to 
file. There will be three broadcast standard ISDN lines for the use of 
interviews.

The centre will be open from 8.30 and 21.00hrs on both Friday and 
Saturday and from 9.00am to 12.00hrs on the Sunday.

I look forward to meeting you at the event, and if there are any stories 
or interviews that you want to do in the run up to the ESF, please do 
not hesitate to email me.
