Go to the red JVC shop right next to Whitechapel library in 
Whitechapel main drag. It's about the cheapest media shop in 
the country & it's not a large evil corp. If the CDs are just 
for knocking out cheaply to punters then I'd recommend 
getting the cheapest they do on a spindle of 100 - about 15p 
ea. Otherwise they do Verbatim which are v good & only a 
little more expensive. I reckon with a joint effort we could 
burn 200 over the next few weeks?! They don't do paper 
wallets but I have prob 200 of these indoors.
