These is an appeal to the International community to help build a 
antiglobalization resort and community with green in mind

   If you got a special skills we need you to became part of a 
cooperative nonprofit for orphans. I would like to incite each and 
every person that is aware of the  adverse effect  globalization is 
doing to Mexico and developing countries participate in a good cause 
that involves helping to raise Capital, Volunteering, helping 
Advertise. 
       And became part of a cooperative that will help not only 
members involved but at the same time promote a microeconomy similar 
to Zapatista style where we can be self-reliant as well as 
environmentally friendly elite society not necessarily wealthy but 
with a common goal that is to live in peace and with dignity, where 
exploitation will not be rampant but on the contrary sharing the 
reaps and benefits equally as investors, where the money stays 
locally. Thus we can be an epicenter  community, antiglobal that can 
be as pilot program to set peaceful campaigns as an examples that 
globalization is not the only viable way of life.  
      A community in Mexico has been desolated by immigrants that 
left to the U.S.Since decades there has been steady decline in the 
population in a City of Michoacan Mexico. People went to live to Baja 
or U.S living behind properties and Homes. These homes are visited by 
an influx of Native Tourist or Vacationers every December for the 
whole month. The cause that people left this community was the hard 
life and lack of infrastructure that became better in subsequent 
years by the flow of dollars.    
      A lot of progress has been made ever since, i.e., paved roads, 
freeways, electricity, potable water, phones, but its paradoxical 
inasmuch that with all these services people don't live their, just a 
handful of old and none immigrants. And natives not likely to move 
since majority have bought homes in the U.S.A The Town is located 15 
min of ZAMORA MICHOACAN which is the most commercial of the state 
before the capital (Morelia) and its 15 min away from la Piedad  
MICH.It has a freeway 4 min away that leads to GUADALAJARA or 
MORELIA. Moreover it has 4 natural springs were water flows all year 
round. The climate is moderate and rains 5 months and winter is not 
cold nor harsh, in fact its ideal for vacationing since local 
festivities are rampant in other communities as well. 

       The Natives of the Town that number (75 to 150 Families) visit 
every November till December and spend average 1500 A 2000 Dollars 
Per Family a month not withstanding none or to little of the money 
stays their for investment, it end up on the next town in the hand of 
a few capitalist. On these problem we could capitalize by providing 
food below market prices, meat, airline tickets, etc.,, A cooperative 
credit union were they can exchange dollars and catering on their 
needs to the extent monopolizing all the market to the well being of 
the cooperative and the Orphanage, inasmuch we could grow our own 
product for our consumption, commercialization or sale of goods and 
services.

       The land abounds and its dirt cheap to rent for cattle and 
their is irrigation by water canals and ditches. I need skilled 
people in all aspects, like teachers, administrators, agriculturist, 
pisiculturist, botanist or nursery Attendants. And all gamut's, in a 
word a brotherhood for a cooperative of antiglobal peaceful resisters 
capable of being self reliant and self sufficient. If you got a 
special talent contact me ASAP and together we will look for funding 
or by pitching in with 4,000 for membership we can make it happened 
since fund are hard to come by. We will copy the Zapatista economic 
system. 

     If I could find skilled Zapatistas symphatizer or anybody with 
interest to make a nonprofit organization we could make project, 
perhaps we can develop that town in to a retirement or resort and use 
the profit to help Zapatista orphans or from war torn countries live 
their, by providing them with basic necessities. We would not be 
insurgents against anybody or government entities. We could use the 
Zapatista way of being self reliant and apply the economic plan of 
cooperatives  and mutual help as well as develop a better local 
economy were the money stays locally for more projects and establish 
a municipality.         

    Their is plenty of land to be used for cattle, apiculture, 
fishfarming and their is about 300 homes that could be rented to 
retirees or affluent foreigners. Owners would be more than happy to 
rent their homes for as little as 25 a month just to have someone 
repair and maintained in good conditions their Homes. And the 
organization could rent them e.i 350 a month, making 325 full pop 
money that could go to orphans living their and members involved. All 
we need is to find funds or capital partners. 

     1. The plan is unprecedented and it goes as follow; all member 
will work 6 hrs and will positioned to work but will not limited to 
one position, depending to their abilities and the community needs.

     2. All member will grow possible food needed year round 
depending on season and food of all sort and will not buy food from 
other sources except when is not possible to grow it their. And when 
the need arise it will buy whole sale for members, selling it the 
same price it was bought for.

     3. Member will only be charged 25 dollars a month for rent of 
course with 4000 dollars nonrefundable deposit that will go toward 
building the resort and resort fund that will grow and will be 
distributed equally upon member leaving, in other words the fund will 
be divided equally reflecting on percentage that will accrued among 
members

     4. We will acquire contractual agreement of 10 years with the 
owner of homes and landowners that can will only be nullify if the 
owner decide to live in the community or make use of their land, 
otherwise the contract will be reinforced.  If sold we will make new 
agreement with the new owner. Conditions of the agreement will state 
we will pay property tax for the owner, reinforced fallen fences and 
clear mildly forest brush to make use for grassing cattle and bovine 
animals as it was previously meant for.

     5. Half of the town will be for members and the remaining will 
be for guess of the resort, with pages of presidential suites and 
basic that will range from 150 a day to 450 dollars or nonmembers 
retirees with a basic package of 350 non luxury homes not including 
utilities. Owner in need of their homes will upon request give a 3 
month noticed so the premise be dislodge and occupier will be placed 
in temporally mobile homes.

     6. Benefits for the native tourist will be in exchange 
enhancement of their properties and public venues, 2 days live bands. 
The member will contrail and arrange, promote on many other towns as 
example but not limited to bovine exhibits or events to raise fund on 
the bustling 2 months of native truism and will ban seller with no 
benefit to the association, In other words many or all of the money 
spent their at these time does not benefit locals except very few and 
we can capitalize on that being in control of festivities.

     7.On the local meat market or grocery stores member meaning not 
local except if they are members will be sold whole sale, as an 
example if meat of beef cost 80 a kilo on retail; to a member will be 
sold only 40 pesos and to attract nonmember it will cost 75 a kilo.

     8.The proceeds will go toward the orphanage, antiglobalization 
campaigns, the member, the community and for free health care of 
orphans and members

sufficient funds. In which the Mex. government for every peso 
invested in cooperatives they give you  3 more pesos.
