Hello IMC Finance,

 
 I am sending this proposal both as IMC Istanbul and a Linefeed sysadmin
 member.
 
 
 DEADLINE: February 8, 2010
 
 INTRODUCTION:
 
 This is a funding proposal to help pay the costs of host for
 Linefeed(http://www.linefeed.org) servers which is hosting istanbul IMC
 and the total cost for 4 servers for 1 year, which is $3000 USD.  Linefeed
 has being hosting different IMC websites. Linefeed are hosting 15
 Indymedia websites right now. Linefeed servers are hosted at the SFCCP
 [http://sfccp.net]
 
 
 BRIEF SUMMARY:
 
 Istanbul in other words and Linefeed are requesting some fund from IMC
 Global Finance.
 
 Istanbul collective is non-hierarchical group as Linefeed who helps
 voluntary on keeping the servers running.
 
 This request will directly help the Indymedia network but will also help
 other community groups and social movements around the world, who also
 benefits from the work done by Linefeed.
 
 Our members also donates money when it is possible to cover some costs we
 have. Although, the hosting costs are something we still need to ask help
 for.
 
 Istanbul/Linefeed understand that the Global Indymedia Financial team only
 accepts funds proposal from Indymedia's collectives, there is why we asked
 the collectives which we host to let us know if they would support the
 initiative of us, Istanbul/Linefeed, send this request to Global
 Indymedia. This money will cover the hosting costs for 4 server for a
 period of 1 year.

 the part of the costs that covers the hosting of IMC sites) of Linefeed
 servers"
