 DNS: you should ask dns at sos.indymedia.org to get your domain name
alias (somewhere.indymedia.org)
CITIES LIST: Your http://contact.indymedia.org/ entry should be
updated to "live" so that your site goes onto the
http://www.indymedia.org/cities.inc list; also update other
information there for your collective
LISTS: Please make sure you have a representative subscribed to
imc-process and imc-communication who can convey info to and from your
collective.

One More Recommendation:
 ALL VOLUNTEER: I have long been an advocate of self-declaring as
all-volunteer collectives to avoid any confusion and to distinguish
from the collectives that have some paid folks in them
