yes, ramona is able to host drupal-based indymedia sites.  the indybay
collective can discuss hosting your site at our next meeting (I'm not
sure when that will be, it's not yet scheduled).  Typically we only host
sites that have gone thru the new-imc process --
http://newimc.indymedia.org/ -- so keep us updated on how that is going.
