there is no newswire column on the right hand side of the page, because we
are not a part of global indymedia yet.

this is to give you an idea of the layout and to give everyone a chance to
suggest changes or additions for the next meetings which are on

tuesday, march 29 at the hovel, 6:30, and

saturday, april 2 somewhere around noon after immigration forum , site to be
determined.

both meetings are important, as editors will be formally named, research and
writing assignments given. once we are part of indyglobal, we want to have a
vibrant, up to date page and that will mean work and real commitment. none
of that i'm too busy. personally, all my life i've been busy, so you don't
have locks on it.

please look at the flyer on the annunciation house link - there is an
immigration conference on saturday that ends about 12:30. this is one that
we should all go to. there are some really good people involved, like pedro
pantoja, whom i met in mexico city when we were both delegate/judges to the
international tribunal of conscience. i am not sure exactly what jose
rodriguez can contribute to the topic, apart from providing some insight to
the workings of the texas senate, which would make most people sick. but
beyond that, the panelists are prepared people and we should go. maybe we
could hang out at the downtown placita under the trees and munch on
hanmburgers or tacos or something and have our saturday meeting there. give
me your thoughts.

and give me your thoughts about the page and please tell me who is coming on
tuesday. those that can make it can hang out with the new nazi shepherd
female puppy with the sharpest teeth this side of the snake in eden.
