Hi,
We've put some more stuff on the wiki:

The main news is that the people from the Institute for Autonomy have 
agreed to host the event and support it in many ways - making food and 
letting people stay being two of the more pragmatic things. So if you 
need crashspace, let us know. And there will be a party on Saturday.
And there will be a great physical indymedia center in Scotland - so we 
can start thinking about boxes etc.
The program so far is just empty boxes with "video", "radio", "tech" etc 
written on it. We're curious what they might fill up with ;-)
