Hi all,
very good news: A venue for a media center in Scotland Edinbourgh has 
been found, perfect place! More details to come in a few days. But it's 
clear that the place needs some work done, very practical things to make 
it work for lots of pp on computers. Some diy for those who are around 
before the G8 protests start... It would be good to find some diy-bods 
to coordinate this.

In general, it would be good to get an idea who is planning to be around 
in the media center. We will, at least on some days, have lots of new 
people coming in, probably a fair number of them will volunteer to help 
running the building, but we'll need people who know what the media 
center needs help with, maybe people who can take on this role as 
"host/ess".

The media convergence in London will be an occasion to chat about the 
physcial media center, too.
