Wow, there has been a lot of activity on the list for the last couple
days, don't think anybody can reply to it all in an email (the video
archive stuff, the radio ideas, photo work, legal etc).  I guess I would
just say, great ideas, keep thinking them through on the list, and are
people going to come to the convergence?  Would be great if everybody
could fill out a registration form (I'm going to do mine right now) so
that we can see how many people are coming.  Practical planning will go
a lot quicker at the convergence, and probably be a lot more fun, too. 

Uh, what needs to happen before the convergence so that we have the info
ready to act upon when the convergence actually happens?  What will make
these plans most effective?
