hi great report back!

main issue then is timetable and plenary space...

re pleanry space:

when we looked at the building previously we thought there was not the
possibility to do this even in the larger rooms and that the outside space
was the only option!

the other possibility that was discussed was getting a larger room space in
ULU - the university around the corner - then using the building for the
smaller working groups. this is not ideal but could work - it might mean
re-jigging the draft timetable anyway. so the sat morning would be at ulu
then afternoon in the building and maybe the report back could also be done
in the building too. sunday could start in the building with the option of
ulu for the final session.

but if you say the larger room/s can fit 50-60 in two circles then maybe
that is an option - as you've seen the building more recently i reckon
you've got the say on this.

re timetable : it needs to be changed to suit meal times:
saturday lunch - 1pm. saturday dinner - 7pm, sunday lunch - 1pm

re cannabis march it leaves at 2pm from russel square - just around the
corner from building - so we may lose some people to that, and indeed those
people who have travelled from outside london will prob leave after lunch -
plus if sunday lunch is at 1pm then we only have 2-5pm left really as the
final session.

(question - does the meal times that you gave mean they are not doing a
sunday evening meal?)

ciao,
dave
