It's currently got 357 pictures in it, I think it'll top five hundred 
or so when I've finished sifting and uploading.

The difficulty is that few people actually uploaded to it at the 
time, and fewer of those entered their e-mail address. So if you see 
a picture you like it may not be possible to track down the owner of 
the (big-enough-to-reproduce-in-print) file. A higher proportion of 
people left some sort of a trail on the newswire. Not always a direct 
contact, sometimes just a weblog that they contribute to, and might 
be found through. 1890 - 1930 in the newswire archives covers most of 
the period.

I'm happy to help out in any way I can (other than taking 
responsibility for the whole project :-)
