Someone asked about putting the video manual (nearly done!) up in a
non-PDF format, I will convert it to HTML and put it up somewhere so
you can grab images from it easier.

Just a wee suggestion for the Edinburgh centre heads, maybe we could
get some sort of a daily provisional timetable going for the 1st to
the 9th of July, e.g. 8am opening, 9am general meeting + housekeeping,
7pm reconvergence + gathering of footage, plus maybe some other stuff
like a specific time for organising video teams/affinity groups for
newbies?
