[Imc-g8-2005] insurance for borrowed out laptops

um why do we need to borrow laptops ? borrow being opritive word
why do we need to spend £300 on insurance (we dont have open ended moneys)
also we could buy 2 laptops for £300 that we dont have to give back to 
anybody after
sorry but I personally think if people want to borrow laptops then its their 
personal responsibility *NOT* indymedias
and we are already WAY over budget
