I've a 19" Mitsubishi monitor  with built in USB hub,   dlink Network 
hub  + roll network cable sitting in the hacklab at IoA in Gower 
Street, plus a 15" and a slightly uneven 17" in West London.

Main problem, as has been with the photo desk Mac suite,  is getting 
them to Scotland.
