[Imc-g8-2005] Medics media policy

sounds fine to me - of course the patient should decide themselves if
he/she wants to be filmed. But as a patient I would consider people who
are in treatment and cared for - what about the people who are not yet,
but are kind of injured whilst filmed ?

I think that would hopefully not fall into the streetmedics policy, and
hope we could film/photograph there.

I do hope, that if one particular condition would not be of singular
occurence, but affecting a whole load of people, so that the purpose of
any media report would not be blood thirstyness but to point out
systematic violence and abuses, that we could then work together on
publicising the incidents, such as finding already treated patients who
might be willing to cooperate according to their own conditions with us.

Also I hope that any severe incidents would also be publicised correctly
to try to avoid rumours spreading - the collaboration with the medics is
incredibly important on
verifying information on that and to avoid any panics or fears or
something.

Also I would hope that "actively trying to prevent photographing/filming"
would mean to have a visual barrier, please (very recommended!) instead of
physically wiping the camera from the face.

Kindest regards.
Ulla
