i think the idea was to use the Mail2Mir script for allowing sms
messages through - apparently there's a gateway for sms-email, then this
script takes the email and posts to the newswire. however, i've lost
track of that a bit...

the page that is referred to above says that the sms gateway they had
posted onto the input.indymedia site....

i'm currently trying to get INPUT set up for the G8: it's on teh dev
server at the moment at input.dev.indymedia.org.uk if anyone wants to
take a little look, although some of it is password protected....
