I still think the Creative Common License is a nice and elegant way to
solve the copyright problem on indmedia.
We have got a tick list on Indy Scotland where people can choose their
licences - I quite like that - also the mainstream press likes it, because
if it is posted as "public domain" they know they can nick it - and so
far, the Creative Common License seemed to be respected by them, too.
Usually they just seem to nick the ideas now, and write and try to
research their own stuff later, such as with Paul's article about his
visit to Gleneagles, which was even posted as public domain.
