specifically, information needed is

how many "generic" accounts: i thought maybe one for the radio, one or two for
the media centre itself. however there could be more, easily.

also, individuals can have accounts - particularly, i am thinking of people who
are remote from edinburgh, elsewhere in the uk. but also people who may want to
use it from places other than the media centres should have logins too.

please email me offlist and i will try to collate a list and get this organised.
 once it's done, i'll try and get some kind of list/directory available online
of what all the numbers are.
