Have updated UK design links in Wiki

http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Local/UkDesign

- and put up the leaflets so far there - including a version of the 
altmedia info e-mail (ready to print out on photocopy A4) see:

And generally put up lots more artwork to use on leaflets up there.
Hopefully the format is a bit clearer now so people can find what they need.

Will add more when i have time - and will update the text so it read 
correct! as there are a few bad lines in there... as i go through.
