[Imc-g8-2005] renting radio station (3rd request)

Hia,

I would really love to rent the radio station.  I do think, it will fortify 
future links for Indymedia with that particular project and the rent is 
comparatively cheap.

Also they really need financial help right now, and if we help them now, I 
think we will have strong and good links in future. The studio is also all 
set up for audio editing and it will help running the Indymedia radio show 
during June.

I do think it is an extraordinary chance, and have a good gut feeling about 
it, though we might not yet specifically know now how and to what extend to 
use it, I think we should go for it right now.

I tried to get the offices downstairs, too, but have to put in a written 
request.
It would be really helpfull if I could go ahead today and sign the rent 
agreement today.
