Cool, the more autonomy the better  :-)   

I imagine that there's still some room for sharing resources, e.g.  if
someone's taking a couple of hard drives on an hour's drive to Edinburgh
then it might be worth seeing if anyone wants a lift or any other stuff
taking in the next ten minutes, and the hubs might be a good place to
co-ordinate that. I imagine this kind of thing will happen fairly
organically...
