[Imc-g8-2005] re transport meeting minutes

Hia,

Leith FM want 500 quid for renting out Leith FM, but they will provide 
technical support and even possibilities for 2 streams.

We would need to re-organise our budget anyways, so whats the score.
They would need a positive answer really quickly, as they start braodcasting 
next week, and Indymedia will also participate in broadcasting there,
too, so the  money would be used to re-connect to high speed internet 
connection and pay the telephone bill, so that is included in rent,
too.
