Hi,

i think if the authorities are prepared to go as far as shutting down 
mobile phone networks then all of indy communications would be a bit stuffed.

i'd also say that medics should make sure their comms system is as 
independent as possible.

i also don't think speculation on public lists is a good idea.

people are working on reporting systems and dispatch - some of this will 
not be made public until the media centres are open etc - which is common 
imc practice.
