[Imc-goa] Revised proposal

We can move next (soon) to discussing how to generate pro-people and
pro-movement content... I think we need to 'give a voice' to those who
need it, while not getting caught up in the games of political lobbies
and fundamentalists masquerading (for instance) as environmentalists.
