WE all have to die.... but if you do not want to die in pain nor do we want to go to prison for taking necessary medications. You must read this below and join us?
To Supporters of "America's in Pain!" - MARCH ON WASHINGTON - "Silent No More!" 2nd Annual National Pain Rally:
"Don't be concerned about the lack of support for the MARCH ON WASHINGTON by established institutional so call "pain advocacy groups" who are
"sleeping with the enemy".

Sponsors of "America's In Pain!" - MARCH ON WASHINGTON - "Silent No More!"
We really need to make sure that the plight of chronic pain sufferers gets the full attention of congress this year. Those who suffer with Lyme Disease must be heard and be allowed to receive proper treatment. What is happening to chronic pain sufferers in America is morally unacceptable and reprehensible.
The only way to curve the abuses of the DEA is through congress. WE MUST HAVE CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS ON THE PAIN CRISES IN AMERICA CREATED IN LARGE PART BY THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND DEA WAR ON DOCTORS, PHARMACIST AND PAIN PATIENTS!!!!
Every member of congress must understand that they can no longer stand around and not give this issue their full attention. WE NEED TO WRITE, CALL AND E-MAIL THEIR OFFICES TO THE MAX!!!
Organized pain medicine's, so called "pain patient advocacy groups" (American Pain Foundation (APF), American Pain Society (APS), National Foundation For the Treatment of Pain (NFTP), etc.) have given only lip service to the plight of chronic pain sufferers. They "talk the talk" but, don't, "walk the walk". They are "sleeping with the
enemy".
I wrote them letters and made several phone calls last year to talk to them about supporting the MARCH ON WASHINGTON. They didn't have the respect or courtesy to answer my letters or return phone calls. Some of them criticized my position on the DEA and said they would never support the march because of it. When it comes to a strong public stand against the DEA and their unjustifiable actions against physicians who treat chronic pain patients (giving them in many cases life sentences) these institutionalized pain organizations miss the boat!
THESE ORGANIZATIONS REPRESENT THEIR OWN NARROW INSTITUTIONAL PAIN MEDICINE FOCUS ON THE PAIN CRISES IN AMERICA! THEY CAN NOT POSSIBLY REPRESENT OR SPEAK FOR CHRONIC PAIN SUFFERERS! THEY REFUSE TO SUPPORT THE AMERICAN PAIN INSTITUTE BECAUSE OF OUR CRITICISM AND PUBLIC STAND AGAINST THE DEA AND THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT. CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES MUST REPRESENT AND SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!
They have elaborate web sites, print great articles, great looking brochures, big conferences and some are well funded by drug companies, but continually make it abundantly clear that they would rather work with the DEA and the Justice Department
rather than expose them as an out of control government agency dedicated to the total destruction of every American's right to receive proper and compassionate pain treatment.
Like the IRS, before congress stepped in with hearings and new legislation to curve abuses, the DEA is an out of control government agency that congress has the responsibility to investigate, hold hearings to get at the truth and pass effective legislation to curve the DEA's and now the insurance industry abuses of chronic pain patients and physicians who practice
pain medicine.
We must challenge the APF, the APS, the NFTP, etc. to step up to the plate, support chronic pain patients through the annual "America's in Pain!" - MARCH ON WASHINGTON - "Silent No More!" National Pain Rally or be exposed for the shallow, "talking loud and doing nothing against the DEA and the Justice Department" ineffective, so called "pain advocacy groups" that they have become.
Whether they support the MARCH ON WASHINGTON or not, we are still going forward with our "America's in Pain!" - MARCH ON WASHINGTON - "Silent No More!" National Pain Rally every year until we reach our goal of every American having the right to receive the best that caring physicians have to offer through the practice of compassionate pain medicine in America.
