Hi

I am emailing you as part of the networking of the mobilisation
towards the G8 summit in Scotland in July. We are involved in the
South East of England with a initiative called "SE Assembly -
Resist G8" which is an anti-authoritarian initiative made up of
groups and individuals. This assembly has agreed to mobilise a
large amount of people from the South East and Europe for the G8
summit. With this we have hired TWO trains to take people up to
Scotland. Unlike other countries we have to pay for the train and
the ticket price is £50 (70 euros) which is alot of money but it is
the cheapest way to get to Scotland on a very expensive rail
network. We are also going to offer subside tickets for £35 (50
Euros) for people coming from outside the UK as well as people in
the UK who are low waged/unemployed. These tickets are very limited
so we are offering them first to groups who are mobilise people
from Europe first.

We are also organising a convegence space (similar to Beyond ESF)
in London to house people before they go up to Scotland and will
open in the last week of June. We are thinking that alot of people
will travel from Europe to London (as coach & plane travel is
easier) and therefore hope that it is possible for some co-
ordination between people arriving in London as well as
people/groups who wil want to travel with us up to Scotland.

SHORT STAY // Monday 4th July RTN Friday 8th July
