Hi Ravi,

I've been helping set up the almuajaha.com website.

Sorry it wasn't available at the time you looked.  We didn't spot any problem, 
but it seems fine now.  Actually, it's been getting a lot of interest, and 
the quality of stuff we have been sent is very good.

Is this a baghdad indymedia?  Good question!

I suppose it is an unofficial Baghdad IMC at the moment.  The group has 
decided to concentrate on the newspaper for the time being, and not to apply 
for official imc status until they have more time to concentrate on the 
website.

I certainly hope to see an IMC formed through this project, and the group in 
Baghdad has expressed this intention.  The website has been created using IMC 
software, and organised using an IMC mailing list - so in many respects it is 
an IMC.

It is certainly in definition - Independent Media Centre.
