[imc-baghdad] who/how should i send the paper out?

just checked mail,
ok so can ramzi post the paper to the imc-baghdad rough site bristol
posted? we can all get it from there?
i agree we should change the site somehow to reflect it is not yet an
"imc"....
i am availbale to take money and equipment this week...:)
