[Imc-jhb] National Indymedia Meeting

Hi Comrades
Please find attached the proposal that has been discussed by the Jhb
collective. It hasn't gone out to anyone yet.  Please feel free to
distribute and to change for different funders.  I will send a copy to
Richard and Patrick at the CCS and chat to them about it, and to the old
funders (EUFHR, OSISA, hbs).  Nick, could you discuss it with FXI when you
meet with them? We should all just send to as many possible sources. As the
proposal stands, it speaks to big funders and tries to cover imc costs for 6
months. The actual school itself should cost us a lot less than this
projected budget calls for - so, please use your discretion when approaching
different people and sometimes remove the big budget.
