Dear comrades in South Africa,

I will be in Durban from July 23 until July 30 and the I will have
time until August 10 to meet social forum activists basically anywhere
in southern Africa. Of course I will have to consider travel costs,
but I really want to know more about what's going on in South Africa.

I would be very happy if you could give me some information about this
or maybe you know some people I could meet? Maybe you would like to
meet me yourself?

Oops, maybe I should introduce myself:

I am a PhD-Student living in Berlin, (Germany) and doing research on
the Global Justice Movements. I have been working on Social Forums on
the local, national and european level and since I will be in South
Africa in July/August I would like to find out more about social
movements in South Africa, especially about Local Social Forums
because I am very much interested in how local movements relate to the
global level. But also in indymedia is very interesting to see how
local groups form a global network.

So if any of you would like to meet me while I am in Johannesburg
(probably from about August 6 until August 10), drop me a line so we
can keep in touch!

I look forward to your answer!

sending best wishes

christoph
