[Imc-kc-editorial] Access

When I go to KCindymedia.org, I get the old, old home page features.

When I go in as editor, I find a lot of articles from outside, but 
nothing that looks local.  I remember that Chuck sent a proposed feature 
around quite recently.  I think it was approved.  But I don't see it in 
the features section.  What I see is the article I wrote about a year ago.

Suggestions?
