[imc-korea] more changes to the Wiki page

Ok, I changed the Wiki site some more. The reason that the code looks so 
confusing is because of the Korean characters... instead of looking like 
this: 한국 독립 미디어 센터, they appear as this: 한국 
독립 미디어 센&#53552 . That is why it 
looks so strange… You can go ahead and type Korean in the code but it will 
turn to numbers next time you view it (the code not the page).

I took the banner down but we need to think of something to replace it 
with…

I also added contact info for the email list and blog as well as an “about 
us” section where we can put our mission statement, principles of unity, 
editorial policy, and Membership Criteria. Also we can write a brief history 
of our IMC to document the process.

I based the design off of the Boston page: 
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Local/ImcBoston . Wiki is really easy (and 
fun) once you get the hang of it… so everyone else should get on and change 
/ add something  :)
