Dear friends, While Macgregor Eddy was thankfully not arrested in the
Vandenberg protest, a member of the Korea organizing committee for the Seoul
conference was arrested with the other 5, on May 6,  in charge of the
violation of the National Security Law and was decided to be placed under
restraint at 2am, May 9.  I am hurrying to inform the news. The
international petition may be needed to be sent in time.  For more, please
