[imc-korea] Spam problem 스팸 문제

The korea indymedia website has an insane spam problem and I don't know 
how to fix it. I think we should temporarily disable the open publishing 
until we can fix it (and also until korean indymedia is utilized again). 
What's everybody think about that?

한국 인디미디어 웹사이트는 미친 스팸 문제를 당하고 있고 내가 어떻게 고칠 
수 있는지를 몰라요. 내 생각에는 자유 뉴스와이어를 임시적으로 닫아봅시다. 
고칠 수 있을 때까지 그리고 웹사이트를 사람들이 이용하고 싶을 때까지 닫아 
봅시다. 어떻게 생각해요?
