  Hello, slightly unusual request. I am the Artistic Director of an arts company working on a project with ten playwrights in the run-up to the election. Our work is based on the responses of many people around the country to the question 'What one thing would you most like to see change about Britain?' I wondered if you or one of your colleagues would be happy to send back an answer. All the information is below. If you could aslo forward it to any colleagues or friends you think may be interested, that would bereally appreciated. I hope you don't mind my sending this unsolicited.   The election is approaching and we would like to know your priorities for change.  

  We are asking people all over the country to answer the question:  'What one thing would you most like to see change about Britain?' All the responses can be seen anonymously on our website at http://www.floodtide.org.uk/CHANGE.htm. Then ten playwrights will be writing work in response to these priorities, concerns and views of the British public. You can come and see the finished work, which will include every response and will, we hope, reflect the concerns of a nation on the verge of a general Election. We will be inviting politicians to respond to the material.

   

  So please send us your answer to our question. You can email me back or email info at floodtide.org.uk directly if you don't want me to see it! 

   

  And now for the small print. We will use your reply on our website and in the theatre work anonymously. Your name won't appear. We would like to know who you are though so we can invite you to the show and it's helpful to know what you do, which part of the country you are from and how old you are for us to analyse the responses.. So with your answer, send us your age, occupation, and where you are from, if you don't mind. We'll keep the information confidential and won't send you any spam or junk or pass the information on. If you'd like to remain totally anonymous that's also fine. Keep checking our website for details of the performance nearer the election. Thanks for your help.
