[Imc-leeds] Faslane/Trident Feature

Hi,

I'm working on a regional Faslane/Anti-Trident feature to go up on both
York and Leeds/Bradford.  I'm not sure whether there's enough to go up
now, or whether to wait until some of the other actions have happened.

The current version is on the Aktivix wiki at
https://en.wiki.aktivix.org/IMC-York/Trident_Feature.  Feel free to add
to/edit it.

If people think it's fine to go up now, then I'll publish it.  Otherwise
I'm happy to wait a week or two whilst some other stuff happens.
