[Imc-leeds] [IMC-York] Faslane/Trident Feature

Hi,

I've done some more work on the Trident Feature, and am ready to publish
it as soon as I have news from the Bradford Rally tomorrow evening.

I'm therefore proposing that the feature gets published tomorrow night,
ie. more than 24 hours from now.  The additions from the Bradford Rally
aren't likely to majorly change anything.

The text of the feature is on the wiki at
<https://en.wiki.aktivix.org/IMC-York/Trident_Feature>.  If anybody can
add some more information on the York blockade then that would be great.

For the Leeds/Bradford version I'd like to then make additions after the
York blockade has happened.  I'm hoping that there will be enough
content for a seperate York feature.

So, if there are no objections then I will publish the text from the
wiki late tomorrow night as a feature on both the York and the
Leeds/Bradford IMC sites.
