Hi Txopi and all,

have realised that I didn't quite explain the background. At our network
meeting we started a "rationalisation" of lists, and thought that this
list was a uk list. I still sent the notice as part of the normal
closure process which includes testing with the list itself, because the
queue kind of justified it.

Now that I have your response, of course the list is worth maintaining,
and all I'm asking you to do is to get a few admins from this list that
can maintain it.

I agree that the issue of licensing is an important one and it would be
great if some conclusion on it could be sent to the global network at
some point ...
