Hi,

we now have a working version of the comment moderation module. 

JavaScript works fine. We had to split the js voting routine to be able to 
reinitialise it when a comment is unfolded. We also had to call 
Drupal.behaviors.flagLink(); to reinitialise the js for the flag buttons. 

We patched the votingapi in order to have a comment criteria in views2. By 
choosing as relationship "Voting results" and as filter "Voting API results" 
to be NULL, we generated a view of unmoderated comments.

The slashdot style of comment moderations (score) should work as well as the 
MIR style (ontopic/offtopic). It would be nice if users could choose up to 
which threshold comments should be folded. 

It would be really nice for users to be able to fold any unfolded comment 
dynamically via JavaScript. We still don't know how to display four buttons 
(moderated threads, unmoderated threads, moderated list, unmoderated list) 
representing the four list views (thread_collapsed, thread_expanded, 
flat_collapsed, flat_expanded) instead of the radio buttons we use now.
