hi,
zcat and i went to the london nuj freelance branch meeting, where the 
names of new members including many imc uk volunteers were read out and 
agreed on.
zcat gave a brief update on the server situation, which was received 
with interest.
The meeting then proceeded with the agenda - some training, stuff about 
situation of freelance journalists etc.
The freelance branch had agreed at their last meeting to put a motion to 
their annual meeting to support indymedia. there is also an article by 
mike holderness on the web-version of their magazine, called "freelance".
It would be good if next month, some indypeople would go and give them 
another update.
