well if you've asked RampArt if it's ok to meet there and they're
fine then let's meet there - that was the idea as far as i
remember from last week

anyhow it looks like the legally interested londoners want/need
to meet wednesday as well - it looks that's the only agreeable
date... so maybe the legal meetup could be at 7pm and pple from
that legal meeting could come to the bigger meeting later, like
9pm? just suggesting but if no one does, no one can disagree...

anyhow i just spoke to mudge and it looks he's got the lineup and
the pa sorted. but he pointed out two problems that we have:

1) there's other gigs going on. they're in the squatty sphere and
have some promo and are on the punk side. so we better not count
on the spiky hardos coming. mudge has already rearranged the
lineup accordingly (ie don't cover the punk side of things)

2) we're late and REALLY need to get some promo going. of course
we should do things via the site  but i'm not sure if the site
and the anarchist-bookfair-crowd is enough. maybe we need to get
some 'general public' (aiiiiii - remember outreach?)... anyway,
mudge's mate rub offered to do some weekend crowd promo with a
mate (that's what they do) - but to do that we'd need some dosh
ie print flyers by fri, get pple who know how to engage with the
weekend crowd talking to the peeps etc & ideally we should have
3-4 more imcistas doing the rounds as well this weekend. we might
need to put 2-300 quid into this propaganda to make sure we'll
get a crowd apart from the usual non-paying suspects. after all,
this is supposed to be a FUNDRAISER.

and another thing: as soon as i'll hear from mudge of the exact
line-up i plan to put a blatant in-yer face advertising into the
london middle column. sth along the lines of 'if you like indy
then come to this party and help us pay for our server, extra
pounds left for booze even more welcome'. i've mailed the
features list last week, and it is already there in the upcoming
events but we have to put a story up to link to - it's an empty
link now...

well, more tomorrow i guess.

hello deano and all

i'm a bit confused here. when you say tomorrow, you don't mean
monday 16 do you?

i guess you're talking about wedensday 17 no? ... and also is it
definitelly at rampArt then? is that totally decided? .. i mean,
lets make sure we don't confuse people with this.

i'm kinda of inclined to still do it at larc until it is clearly
decided that we move to rampart, basically because it seems
there's quite a lot to organise this week (boockfair, party, and
so on) and we need to make sure that everyone goes to the same
place .. avoid confusion .. or it may be just my natural confused
state ... dunno :-)
