Just found out from the tech list that the docs site is 
simply run from someone's home ADSL line. I really don't 
think something as useful as help for publishers should be 
dependent on such a potentially flakey conn.

That's where it's been for the last few months (since the 
long outage
last year). In theory it's going back to a colo at some 
point...
