[Imc-london] some minor proposals for changes to the site

hi.

although it seems my recent proposals how to use
usability of the site haven received well ;) here are
some minor changes i would really fins important to
give the site a bit more consistency:

GENERAL

1) please add a login button to the main menu on the top
(which changes to LOGOUT when you logged in)

login/logout are major actions for users and thats exactly what
a main menu should be there for.


2) add a "mobile" button to the main menu. currently the            
mobile site is not linked anywhere obvious, its hidden
somewhere in the mobile publish tutorial. in fact, i never new
there is a mobile version until very recently and i wonder
how many know.


TUMBLES

1) removing the "featured tumbles" link on top of the tumbles,
it doesnt do anything really and is just confusing to give
this the same importance as promoted/all.

2) add a blurb on top of tumbles or right hand side about
what tumbles actually are, how to post them + the tel number.

FRONTPAGE DESIGN

just minor things:

- removing the greyish  bar at the bottom, it renders the
"active groups" title unreadable.

- changing the weired green/yellow striped blocks behind "other media"
  etc to the same layout as all other block titles on the page.
