Hi Doug,

any chance you are shooting anamorphic video? That may be the reason for
this. We have some ideas for changes to the publish forms, that include
tickboxes for 16:9 or 4:3, to make sure videos are encoded in the right
aspect ratio. Right now we're mostly lacking volunteers and time to make
those changes happen.

We're working on it, but in the meantime, if you know any html/css
wizards who would want to join our awesome team, they would be more than
welcome!
