Yes i would like to talk more about this application as it is a huge  
amount and many old funding applications have been agreed to for  
Africa with little obvious effect - there was some feedback from the  
last funding which i will have to find and read (and send here if i  
find it). Clearly i dont know what is happening on the ground in such  
a big continent but this seems a lot for another talking shop, only SA  
is in the global cities list, and they do do alot of good work - if it  
was for specific things like servers and stuff i can see more need...  
although i'm not sure how much more we will know though to make a  
decision on.
