Please join Nova  Janitors as the publicly announce majority support for the 
union.  This is  the most critical time in this campaign and we need to send a 
strong message that our community  supports these workers as they take this 
courageous step forward to pull their  families out of poverty. 
There will be a bus  leaving tomorrow from Notre Dame D’Haiti to Davie United 
 Methodist Church 
Date:  Tomorrow, Thursday Oct.  5th 
Place:  Notre Dame d’Haiti Catholic Church 
110 NE 62 Street   
Miami,  FL 33138 
Time:      Be on the bus at 3:15pm.  Return to Notre Dame by  6:30pm

The questions now  facing the Nova  Southeastern University have never been 
clearer.   
What are they doing to  make sure that the workers, many of whom have worked 
at the university for  years, will be able to keep their jobs? 
Will they follow the  lead of UM and FIU, and take responsibility for the 
workers and require  contractors to provide quality jobs, with health insurance 
and decent wages  similar to those at UM and FIU? 
Workers at Nova are  more resolute than ever, saying “They could have gone 
the right way, instead  they went the hard way.”   On Thursday, the workers are 
expected to  announce that they have reached majority support for the union.
