  On February 19, 2007 over 100 Nova workers were turned away after struggling for an entire year for better wages, affordable healthcare, and a voice on the job.  Half of these workers are still jobless.  The few who were rehired by Nova contractors now report wage violations, unsafe working conditions, threats and intimidation.
