Radio Working Group Meeting Notes
present: sarah, kate, kearns, max

please give feedback or ask questions.  as you can see there's a lot to do
and we may have missed some stuff.  

-we can use the WCBN sports studio for a streaming broadcast on tuesday and
wednesday.  we are going to go there on sunday to help set up. we will not
be able to broadcast on WCBN FM.

as yet unresolved tech issues (max will communicate with alex from WCBN to
figure this out.  we'll also figure some of it out on sunday when we go in
to set up): 
-can we take calls live?
-how will dispatch function?
-can we record everything?
-we need to find mirrors
-are we under FCC guidelines?

WE WILL BE ON THE AIR FROM TUESDAY 8AM TO WEDNESDAY 10PM (at least)

roles:
-2 hosts (at least 1 of which needs to be a WCBN DJ)
-2 dispatch (between these two need to work phone(s), mixing board, and do
breaking news on the website) 
-1 coordinator (help out where needed)
